China produces and consumes more pork than any country in the world, and no part of a pig is wasted. This is the world's largest pork factory, with over 4,000 workers, 1,800 in the main cutting room. Annual production is 32M pigs, and max daily production (prior to holiday periods) is 30,000 pigs/day. This is their newest factory, opened less than 18 months prior. The majority of their pigs are bought from independent pig farms.
